Cristián Mohaded is an Argentine designer and artist who blurs the lines between design and art by working with Argentinian artisans and traditional techniques. He creates furniture, lighting, and other objects, focusing on materials, craftsmanship, and production processes. Mohaded has won design awards and exhibited internationally, with his works being part of permanent collections at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and Musée Les Arts Décoratifs. He is seen as a leader in Latin American design and represented Argentina at the London Design Biennial in 2021. His first solo exhibition was held at the National Museum of Decorative Art in Buenos Aires from 2021 to 2022.
